These Terms and Conditions apply to our toilet sales (standard & custom toilets) and related services. By purchasing our toilets, you agree to these rules:
Withdraw/cancel orders: Standard toilets can be canceled within 24 hours of placing; custom toilets (tailored pit distance,glaze type, or special size) cannot be canceled once material preparation starts. Payment adjustments follow order status.
Liability clarification: We’re not responsible for damage from improper installation (e.g., water leakage caused by incorrect sealant application, ceramic cracking from uneven installation), or normal wear (e.g., slight glaze scratches from long-term use) beyond product warranty. We are not liable for water damage to the environment caused by improper use or installation.
Design rights: Our toilet designs are for your personal or commercial (e.g., hotel, office) use only—no commercial reproduction/copying without permission.
User behavior rules: Avoid unlawful/offensive content when consulting custom toilet details (e.g., special size requirements for public facilities); no spam toward our service team. Ensure the toilet model matches your bathroom’s pit distance and water supply/drainage conditions before purchase.
Account management: Customer accounts (if applicable) will be disabled for fraudulent orders (e.g., falsely claiming quality defects after intentional damage) or repeated rule violations.
Additional terms: Standard toilets include a 5-year ceramic body warranty and a 1-year water component (e.g., flush valve, fill valve) warranty. Warranty does not cover consumables like flapper seals.

Return and Refund Policy

This policy covers our standard & custom toilets, with special notes on fragile ceramic properties and installation-related requirements:
Terms of returnStandard toilets: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery (uninstalled and undamaged). Custom toilets: Only returnable if there’s factory quality defects (no non-reason returns, as they’re tailored to your bathroom’s pit distance and other specifications).
State of returnToilets must be unused, undamaged (no ceramic cracks, glaze scratches), and in original packaging (including foam buffers and cartons). Installed toilets are not eligible for return unless confirmed as factory defects causing immediate functional issues (e.g., water leakage from ceramic pores). All accessories (e.g., seat cover, hardware package) must be complete and unused.
Reason for returnApproved: Wrong toilet model delivered, factory defects (e.g., ceramic cracking, glaze peeling, water component failure on initial installation, unqualified flush performance). Unapproved: Incorrect pit distance/style chosen by you, damage from improper installation/transportation after delivery, glaze scratches from use, missing accessories.
Process for return1. Contact our support team immediately upon receiving damaged goods (within 24 hours) and provide order number + photos/videos of the outer packaging and damaged toilet. 2. For quality defect claims, submit detailed proof (installation scene photos, water leakage test videos) and wait for 48-hour review approval. 3. We’ll arrange professional door-to-door pickup for standard toilets (fragile goods require special packaging; damaged packaging may affect return approval). For custom toilets with quality defects, we’ll coordinate replacement or refund after verification.
Process of refundAfter verifying the returned toilet meets requirements (no damage, complete accessories), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Quality-defect returns get full refunds (including pickup and return shipping fees); standard toilet returns (non-defect) deduct return shipping and packaging fees (fragile goods have higher shipping costs).
